Veekee James is an award winning fashion designer who hails from Akwa Ibom, Nigeria. She has been a vocational entrepreneur since age 8, when she knitted wears to sell in her local community and has explored numerous successful creative ventures over the years. Raised in Lagos; inspired by a mother who is a tailor and raised young trainees, Veekee had the opportunity to learn sewing. Holding on to this resource, her love for fashion developed naturally as she evolved to become an award winning fashion designer. She is fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit and her passion for creativity and originality, which are the forces that drive the establishment of her globally accessible luxury brands, empowering bold and unique designs across continents.
